This cool novelty Elephant Float Salt and Pepper nesting shaker set by Clay Art was made in 1992 and is no longer in production. The white elephant with sunglasses and pink polka-dot bikini (salt shaker) perches nicely in her zebra float (pepper shaker). The coffee pot measures 3 1/4" tall, the cup & saucer measures 1 3/4" tall. The original box, which has light wear, is included. This vintage set would look wonderful in your 1950s flavored kitchen. Measuring in at 3 1/2" tall, the original screw-on deep red plastic lids are still intact with no chips or cracks. Both glass shakers are also in excellent condition with painted stripes intact. One of the shakers has a light haze on the inside - this was the salt shaker, and probably just needs a better cleaning with the proper brush. (see photo)< ...click for details

Made in 1938 by Hall, this neat and unusual deco styled ceramic water server was a giveaway from Westinghouse with the purchase of their refrigerator. It is in Hall's beautiful "Delphinium Blue" color. It appears in my photos like a light sky blue, but it is more of a slate blue or denim color in person. It is in beautiful condition, with one tiny factory chip which is UNDER THE GLAZE on the corner near the handle. (you can see the tiny white speck in my first photo). ...click for details
