Black Character Occupied Japan Halloween ? Disguise Kit

Made in Occupied Japan, this Black Character disguise kit, comes in a tiny paper bag with GREAT black character graphics of a waving man, which measures approximately 4 1/4" tall x 2 1/2" wide. The bag is marked "Occupied Japan", and is just a tiny bit brittle, due to it's age. The actual "disguise" consists of a thin celluloid lips/teeth/pipe cleaner mustache,(all in one piece), measuring approximately 3" long x 2" wide. The other piece of pipecleaner is perhaps a tie? My guess is that this was some type of novelty giveaway, I can't imagine anyone actually using this! But the 1940s graphics on the bag are fantastic, and the fact that it is "Occupied Japan" makes it just that much more special! Doubly Collectible! Additional photos available upon request.
