Ceramic BUMBLE BEE Insect Miniature Condiment Jar JAPAN

This adorable little insect jar is made of porcelain and would look so cute in your kitchen. She measures approx. 2 1/2" long x 1 1/2" high, and comes with a 3 1/2" ceramic spoon which fits nicely into the notch on the rim of the jar. Use her on your luncheon table to serve salt, pepper, cinnamon, or any other condiment you wish. In excellent condition, she has no manufacturer's marks, but most probably was made in Japan in the 40s or 50s. I'm not sure if the spoon is original to the base, but it is just the right size and shape.
