1998 1st Series HERBIE THE ELF Bean Bag Toy, MISFIT

This 6" Bean Bag Toy is based on the HERBIE THE ELF - DENTIST WANNABEE character from the original "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer" Rankin-Bass television special from the 60's, and is part of a truly limited edition "Misfit Toys" 1st series from 1998, available only at a popular east coast drugstore chain. "Herbie the Elf" was one of two characters from week five of a six week promotion. Get 'em while you can!! He is fantastically done, with wonderful detail and quality, made by Stuffins Inc.
