This wonderful 101 year old postcard features an Easter Cat bursting out of an egg. It is made of a soft leather by W.S. Heal, and is postmarked April 11, 1906 from Paterson, N.J.. Leather postcards were only made for 3 or 4 years until they were banned by the U.S. Postal Service in 1909, so their numbers are extremely limited. It measures approx. 3 1/4" x 5 1/8", It is marked "Copyrighted by W.S. Heal", a prominent maker of these leather postcards. See scan for condition.
