4" Celluloid Doll with Crepe Paper Dress

This cute little vintage celluloid doll is dressed in a pink crepe paper dress and hat. She measures approx. 4" tall, and is all intact. Her strung arms are a little loose, and dress has some wear and a few tiny holes (see photo for condition). Is marked "Japan" on the back of her dress.
