VINTAGE "SMOKER" ASHTRAYCARTOON RABBIT - WHAT A CHARACTER! This figurine ashtray is quite unusual. It features a pipe smoking rabbit wearing a beret and holding an umbrella. There is an opening in the bottom of the ashtray where you place your burning cigarette. The reason he's called a smoker is because the smoke from the cigarette rises through the hollow interior of the figurine and escapes through a hole in the rabbit's pipe - giving the illusion that the pipe is actually smoking! He measures approx. 7 1/2" tall, with no chips or repairs. He is accented with gold paint accents, as well as red and blue. He has an inkstamp which reads "Japan" on the underside of his base.
