This neat little toy ring was given out at shoe stores as a promotional item. It is a "lenticular" item - the image changes when you move the ring. One image shows the Basset Hound and the words "Hush Puppies" and when you tilt the ring, the Basset Hound's head and ears swing and the words change to "Casual Shoes".This little gem would look great in your toy ring collection; or, if you actually intend on wearing it.......I have a small size 4 1/2 finger, and it fits, although a bit tightly.
