Marked WALLACE STERLING. Pattern was introduced in 1940 and formely called Miss Columbia. Splayed tines. Length 5-3/4". The monogram is an Old English H (I think). Overall and mark condition are excellent.

Marked WH in a rectangle, ideogram in a rectangle, and 90 in a rectangle. Hexagonal, on three feet. Floral engraving on each side, all different. Pull-off cap. Height 5". Diameter (corner-to-corner) 3-1/4". Weight 7.6 troy ounces. No monogram. Overall and mark condition are excellent (one small dent at an edge).
