Marked STERLING in a rectangle and CHAS.BEIN incuse. He was a Baltimore retailer in the 2nd half of the 19th century. The bowl and handle have an engraved design, and the bowl has a shaped edge. Length 8-1/2". Weight 1-1/4 troy ounces. The monogram is an Old English K. Overall and mark condition are both excellent.
