Sht monogram is a script LDC/1852 (not sure of the D in mono). Overall condition is excellent.

The non-traditional handle is a broad ellipse having two chased chickens on it. Diameter of bowl 4-5/8". Length over handle 6-1/4". Height 1-1/2". Weight 6-1/4 troy ounces. Inscription on bottom: Christmas 1925. Inscription on side: JOHN CHARLES CROOK. Overalll and mark condition are excellent.
