Presentation inscription on the side (could be erased) as follows: 1913-1938/A Token of Appreciation/of outstanding services/to/Emma Knodel/from/the Trustees of/The Irvington Public Library. (Irvington, NY). Overall and mark condition are excellent. The SSS mark was used only briefly by the Arthur Stone shop, about 1938.

Traditional form with keyhole handle. Diameter 4-3/4". Length over handle 7-1/8". Height 1-3/4". Weight 8.45 troy ounces. Inscription around the narrow outflaring outside edge "ALICE ARMSTRONG HOWE FROM NATHANIEL HORTON BATCHELDER,JR." [could be erased]. Overall and mark condition are excellent. (Batchelder was born 2/9/1917 in Hartford, CT and died 3/2/2005 in Barnstable, MA).

The non-traditional handle is a broad ellipse having two chased chickens on it. Diameter of bowl 4-5/8". Length over handle 6-1/4". Height 1-1/2". Weight 6-1/4 troy ounces. Inscription on bottom: Christmas 1925. Inscription on side: JOHN CHARLES CROOK. Overalll and mark condition are excellent.

Downturned handle, pointed end. Length 8-1/4". Weight 1-1/4 troy ounces. The monogram is a script R. Mark condition is excellent. Overall condition looks excellent, but has there been a solder repair to rejoin handle and bowl?

Downturned handle with engraved design,tipt on back. Length 8-7/8". Weight 1-3/4 troy ounces. The monogram is an Old English M. Mark and overall condition are excellent (very minor tip wear).

Design on top with rectangular reserve. Inner piece pierced with gold wash. Length 1-3/4", width 1", height 1/2". Weight 1-1/4 troy ounces. No monogram. Overall and mark condition are excellent. A nice example by a prominent silversmith.

Length 4-1/8". Monogram M.P.W. Overall and mark condition are excellent. (also see #4867)

Leaf-shaped, wire twist handle. Length 3-1/2". No monogram. Overall and mark condition are excellent.

Woolsey pattern. Five flutes, applied molded rim. No ring base. See #4902 for same design and size but with ring base. Diameter 10"; height 1-3/4". Weight 18-2/3 troy ounces. No monogram. Overall and mark condition are excellent.

Hand made. Upturned handles, coffin end. Length 3-1/4". The monogram is G.C. Overall condition is excellent. Mark condition on one is very good; on the other good (STERL is rubbed).

Height of side lights 6-1/8". Maximum horizontal dimension 12-3/4". Base diameter 4-3/4". Bases weighted for stability. No monogram. Overall and mark condition are excellent.
