Coffee pot , mixed metal, by Gorham

Copper and silver. Height 13". No monogram. Both the mark and the overall condition are excellent. Marked (anchor)/ GORHAM CO/ E40/N. The "N" is Gorham's year mark for 1881. Figure 109 (p.114) is described as "Copper Turkish coffee made in 1883, hammered surface with deep reddish-brown glaze, die-rolled silver band around middle, silver band around top, ivory insulators on handle. Ht. 13 inches". Mark and overall condition are excellent.
