Fish slice marked H.H&Co PATENT 1857

Fish slice in original box. Floral engraving on the top of the blade. Marked (in addition to what is shown in title, "T.C.GARRETT" (Philadelphia). Is the H.H for Henry Hebbard of NY? Length 11-7/16". Weight 3-3/4 troy ounces. The monogram is a script FAE. Overall condition is excellent except for a very slight roughness at the tip of the blade and the fabric hinge on the box being separated.
