Chinese dessert spoon by KHC

Downturned handle, slightly tipt on back, drop (not fiddle). Marked KHC for Khecheong, plus 3 pseudohallmarks). Second quarter of the 19th century. Length 7". Weight 1-1/2 troy ounces. The monogram is a crest of a horse's head. Overall and mark condition are excellent.
