Chinese pie server by Hung Chong, Canton & Shanghai

Marked on the blade HC in a rectangle, and an ideogram. Late 19th or early 20th century. Hollow handle with matte finish; plated blade. Length 10". The monogram is a script D in an elliptical reserve on the handle. Overall and mark condition are excellent (very minor dent in handle).
