Tablespoon by John Vernon, New York, circa 1800

Downturned handle with oval end and tipt with 7/8" midrib on the back. Long crescent drop. Length 9-3/8". Weight 2 troy ounces. The monogram is a script MVC lengthwise on the top of the handle. Overall condition is excellent (2 minor cuts on the bottom of the bowl); mark condition is excellent.
