Two teaspoons by I(pellet)B, circa 1800-1810
$75.00 $75 for 2
Bright cut, pointed ends, incised V roulettework drop, not tipt. Not a pair - one bowl wider than the other, bright-cutting different, length different; but undoubtedly both were made and engraved by the same person. One has a block monogram EB, the other AWB. Not by a big city silversmith. Likely that the "I" in the mark is for a makwer with first name beginning with J. Length of 1 is 5-3/8"; the other 5-1/4".Overall condition is good-(one bowl may have been repaired and has light toothmarks). Mark condition of one is excellent, the other fair.
