Covered bowl pierced top and bottom. Hollow tube handle with 3 applied ornate rings, tube flattened at mouth. Marked on bowl .MONGIN. Mark condition is excellent except for a probable first initial. Length 8-7/8". Weight 17 dwt. No monogram. Overall condition is excellent.
