Chinese child's cup by WSL, 1 qtr. 20th century

Foliate engraving, single scroll hollow handle. Mouth diameter 3-1/2". Height 2-3/8". Weight 3.15 troy ounces. The monogram is block engraving HELEN FRANCES (could be removed). Overall and mark condition are excellent.
