Pair of teaspoons by EW(?), circa 1815

Coffin fiddle, roulettework. Length 5". No monogram, but an elliptical reserve for one. Overall condition is very good (minor tip wear). Mark condition is fair. (Could this be the mark of Enos Woodruff of Louisville, KY?).
