Marked BARNEY&VALENTINE, a Syracuse, NY retailer. Joseph Seymour, the maker, also of Syracuse, is identified by 3 pseudo-hallmarks (6-pointed star, S, eagle facing right; see McGrew p.56). Length 8". Weight just under 2 troy ounces each. The monogram is lengthwise Taylor. Overall and mark condition are excellent.
