Tablespoon, marked (Continental?)

The mark appears to be a script ED. in a hexagonal lozenge, flanked by two devices. Length 7-7/8". Weight 1-2/3 troy ounces. The monogram is a script B(?). Overall and mark condition are excellent (bowl tip near mint).
