LIMOGES small Piano Box with removable lid, hand painted cobalt-blue with the "courting couple" and heavy, ornate decor hand painted in gold. This is an original, vintage piece, signed LIMOGES FRANCE. LIMOGES is the generic name for hard paste porcelain that was produced in one of the Limoges factories in the Limoges region of France during the 19th and 20th centuries. No chips, cracks, or damage, measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 2 1/2".

White ceramic Trinket Box is in perfect condition. Shows no damage of any sort. It does show light signs of wear, significant of the age of this beautiful box. Very elegant, with lots of gold gilding. AS you can tell from the pictures, the flowers and leaves are very detailed and extremely colorful. It measures approximately 7" long and 4" tall. The inside of the trinket box measures 2" deep. The bottom is stamped "Japan".
