SALES POLICY: Welcome to Gladee’s Collectibles! I am an online shop with an emphasis on collectible glass, china, and pottery.
My purchase policy is very simple: I place a 7 day “hold” on items that have received a customer purchase inquiry – this allows “pressure free” time to decide on purchase. I accept personal checks, money orders, and Paypal payments.
I do not participate in Cyberattic’s Shopping Cart feature because I charge actual shipping and insurance, never a handling fee or an estimate of cost. Just email me with the item number(s) you wish to purchase along with your zip code – I will compute shipping and email with the total and instructions for transaction completion.
SHIPPING: Shipping is by U.S.Postal Service or by U.P.S. I charge actual shipping costs. Delivery confirmation is included with all shipments. Books are shipped media mail as it is the most economical unless buyer requests a faster option. Other items will be shipped via Priority mailing unless you request otherwise. Insurance is always available and must be included on all items over $50.00 and all fragile items. International shipping is available. Items will be shipped ASAP usually next day after payment received, unless payment by check then items will be held until your check clears. If you would like special shipment please let me know, and I will do my best to oblige.
RETURNS: You may return any item, for any reason, within 7 days of receipt (you must notify me of pending return within 2 days of your receipt). I will cheerfully refund purchase price excluding shipping costs. I make every attempt to describe all items as fully as possible, noting all defects. If I have made a significant error in my description, I will also refund the shipping costs.
