We accept major credit cards thru PayPal. Other accepted payment methods are Cashier's Check or Money Order. We've made a deal with the bank...They won't sell glass if we won't accept checks, so please, no personal checks.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are always willing to combine shipment of multiple purchases provided that the integrity and safe arrival of your items are not jeopardized.

With the exception of international transactions, shipping insurance is offered as an option, however it is highly recommended. Glass Amigos will not be held responsible for lost or uninsured items.

Shipping is not included in the prices shown. Since shipping rates vary so much from one location to another, please contact us for options and rates to you.

International buyers are welcome, however, please keep in mind that shipping outside of the United States can be expensive and it is a cost which you shall bear. All international transactions will be required to be insured. In addition, payment MUST be made through PayPal.

Returns will be accepted ONLY if an item has been grossly misrepresented. Contact is to be initiated with seller prior to return of item. Item must be returned in original packaging and be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt.
