Canterbury is a very large line, #115, that was produced by Duncan & Miller from 1939 to 1955. It is easily recognizable by its lobed, somewhat "petal" shape.

Offered here are a set of 5 Canterbury bread & butter plates, which measure approximately 6 1/4" wide. Since many of D & M's etched patterns were produced on Canterbury blanks, these may be used with those as well.

All of the plates are in excellent condition and only have VERY minimal signs of usage to report.

This cute little smoking set was produced by Duncan & Miller and features ashtrays and a covered cigarette box in the shape of ducks.

The cigarette box is approximately 6" in length and 4" wide. The ashtrays are about 4" long and 2 1/4" wide. All of the pieces are free of nicks, chips or cracks and have excellent clarity.

These pieces were not reissued, so you may rest assured that they are original Duncan & Miller.

From their #30 Pall Mall line, I am pleased to be offering this large Duncan & Miller open swan dish. These were produced in the 1940's and 50's and remain popular even today.

Crystal clear and in excellent condition, this is the large version of this dish, measuring approximately 12" in length and about 9 1/8" at the highest point. Makes a great centerpiece!

Though I'm not exactly sure when this guy was produced, I would guesstimate it to be the 1940's or so, as that is when many of the glass figurines became popular.

Duncan & Miller's Heron is quite a detailed piece. Standing on his right leg, his left leg is drawn up underneath his body so that only his foot is visible. He's compact in size as well....about 6 1/2" tall...

The Lily-of-the-Valley cut pattern was produced by Duncan & Miller Glass Company from 1937 to 1955. Duncan & Miller was bought up by Tiffin Glass Company which produced the pattern under the same name, using the same molds, from 1956 to 1966. The pattern includes a frosted cutting of Lily-of-the-Vally on the DC-4 stem, which has a 3-dimensional arrangement of flowers on the stem (see enlargement photo) which is both unusual and gorgeous...

This is a beautiful 2-part pickle and olive tray (#115-53) made by the Duncan & Miller Glass Company. The coloring is a brilliant lavender or purple color that does not show up well in my picture. The tray measures 9" long and has no chips, flakes, or flea bites and the glass is very clear. The unboxed weight of this item is 1 lb.

This is a beautiful 3-part relish tray made by the Duncan Miller Glass Company. It is etched with the intricate Indian Tree etch. This etch flows gracefully throughout the tray. The tray measures 11.75" long and 6.25" wide. The tray has no chips, flakes, or flea bites and the glass is very clear. For your consideration is a Duncan & Miller Glass Co. covered candy box on the Canterbury blank, with Lotus Glass Company's Buttercup etching. Lotus Glass did not produce glass, but purchased glass blanks from other high-end glass companies of the period and placed their own etches and decorations on the blanks for resale. This etching was produced during the 1940's by Lotus. The candy box is 7.5 inches wide and 4 inches tall, with no chips, flakes, or other defects...
