Talk about an unusual and interesting piece...Gorgeous!!

I am unable to ascertain the age of this piece, but I feel it is more contemporary. And though unmarked, I have seen a very similar piece still bearing a Murano glass label, so I am attributing this piece to that origin as well.

So attractive and different from anything else I've ever owned, this wonderful compote is a very generous 11" in height and approximately 12" in diameter across the top of the bowl...

I love these guys...they make me smile!

The colorings of these wonderful macaw figurines are so vibrant and cheery that they'll brighten up any room.

Made in Japan and incised "Shafford" on the bases (as shown), I believe that these pieces probably date back to the late 1950's or 60's. And though they are basically the same, there are slight differences in shadings which would allow one to use them as a "pair"...

This cute little smoking set was produced by Duncan & Miller and features ashtrays and a covered cigarette box in the shape of ducks.

The cigarette box is approximately 6" in length and 4" wide. The ashtrays are about 4" long and 2 1/4" wide. All of the pieces are free of nicks, chips or cracks and have excellent clarity.

These pieces were not reissued, so you may rest assured that they are original Duncan & Miller.

Just how adorable is this guy?? Every time I look at him I get a smile on my face.

Probably dating to the 1950's or so, this happy pink elephant carries the salt & pepper and oil & vinegar for your dining table. It is hand painted, made in Japan, and was produced by Thames China. In fact, it still retains it's original foil label on the belly of the elephant.

The shakers are marked with an S & P while the cruets have an O & V to distinguish their contents...

These adorable little ducks were produced by Lladro of Spain, well~known for their beautiful, quality porcelain. They were originally issued in 1974 and were retired in 1998.

Both pieces were designed by sculptor Julio Fernandez and are hallmarked as shown. This particular hallmark was used from 1977 to 1984 and will date the figurines to that time frame.

Duck Flying, or Pato Rasante, is item #01001264. He is approximately 6 1/4" long, 6 5/8" across the wings and 3" in height...

From their #30 Pall Mall line, I am pleased to be offering this large Duncan & Miller open swan dish. These were produced in the 1940's and 50's and remain popular even today.

Crystal clear and in excellent condition, this is the large version of this dish, measuring approximately 12" in length and about 9 1/8" at the highest point. Makes a great centerpiece!

This is one of three geese figurines produced by Heisey. The "Wings Up" piece, 1942 to 1953, is solid glass and shows very good detail. It measures 7 1/2" in length from the tip of his beak to the tip of his tail. He is approximately 6 1/2" in height at the tip of his wings.

Beautiful figurine in excellent condition.

Though I'm not exactly sure when this guy was produced, I would guesstimate it to be the 1940's or so, as that is when many of the glass figurines became popular.

Duncan & Miller's Heron is quite a detailed piece. Standing on his right leg, his left leg is drawn up underneath his body so that only his foot is visible. He's compact in size as well....about 6 1/2" tall...

This guy certainly appears to be strutting his stuff, doesn't he? This is Heisey's #1557 Chanticleer vase, also known as just the Rooster vase...one of my favorite "critters". He was produced from 1939 to 1948, stands 6 1/4" in height and is about 6" long.

The glass is nice and clear and the piece is free of any chips or nicks. There are visible straw marks at the vase area, but on this particular piece, those are the norm. A real treasure!
