This lovely covered candy box was produced by the Paden City Glass Co. in the 1930's. The pattern is the Bridal Wreath etch and it is produced on the Nerva blank. The lower piece of the set is very detailed with three scrolls typical of the Nerva pattern, as shown in the pictures. The bottom piece is in mint condition, however, there is some slight damage to the handle on the top piece, where the scroll on one side of the handle is missing...

The Floral Medallion etching appears on a #888 Plume glass blank, although the Encyclopedia of Paden City Glass does not list this etch for Plume candy dishes! This is a beautiful Tiffin #8897 5~section relish or celery tray from the 1940's. It is embellished with a scalloped rim, decorative fan shaped handles and a stunning floral cutting.
