Canterbury is a very large line, #115, that was produced by Duncan & Miller from 1939 to 1955. It is easily recognizable by its lobed, somewhat "petal" shape. Offered here are a set of 5 Canterbury bread & butter plates, which measure approximately 6 1/4" wide. Though unmarked, I feel almost certain that this eggshell porcelain cup & saucer were made in Japan and probably date to the 1930's or earlier.
