This grisly old fellow is certainly an interesting chap. Designed by David B. Biggs and produced from 1973 to 1981, this is Royal Doulton's "The Gardener" character jug.
A spade and vegetables form the handle of this Toby. The gardener is clad in a white shirt. gray jacket, yellow scarf and light brown hat. Hallmarked D6634, this version is the small size, measuring approximately 4" in height. The jug is in excellent condition and not one that you see too often, so grab him for your collection now!
