Though I'm not exactly sure when this guy was produced, I would guesstimate it to be the 1940's or so, as that is when many of the glass figurines became popular.
Duncan & Miller's Heron is quite a detailed piece. Standing on his right leg, his left leg is drawn up underneath his body so that only his foot is visible. He's compact in size as well....about 6 1/2" tall. The glass is nice and clear, however, there is a minor chip on the underside of the base, near the rim, so I have adjusted the price accordingly. I feel confident that he could be repaired fairly easily if you chose to do so.
The Heron is a lovely figurine and looks great when used decoratively in a centerpiece bowl.
