Rosenthal Elegance Bettina 48 Piece Set Unused!

Offered for your gracious dining experience is this 48-piece set of Rosenthal China in the Elegance pattern, in the Bettina color combination which is a soft grey border that fades to ivory and a platinum rim. The set is in mint unused condition!

Here is the history of the set. A friend of mine bought this from the Rosenthal factory in West Germany in either 1958 or 1959 (the pattern was only produced from 1955 to 1959) for her mother as a gift. Her mother was scared to use it so it spent several decades in a china cabinet and is indeed in UNUSED and MINT condition! My friend inherited the set when her mother passed, and having her own china sets the one she bought for her mother was packed away for several more decades before she asked me to sell it for her.

The set contains the following pieces:

6 dinner plates

6 salad plates

6 bread and butter plates

6 coupe soup bowls

6 dessert bowls

6 set of cups and saucers

1 creamer

1 sugar and lid

1 oval platter (15")

1 vegetable bowl (9")

1 covered vegetable dish with handles

1 gravy boat with attached liner

Shipping will be determined after the sale. Due to weight and box sizes, UPS will be mandatory (USPS will be MUCH more expensive to use, probably two to three times the cost of UPS.
