Paden City Covered Candy Box, Bridal Wreath Etching

This lovely covered candy box was produced by the Paden City Glass Co. in the 1930's. The pattern is the Bridal Wreath etch and it is produced on the Nerva blank. The lower piece of the set is very detailed with three scrolls typical of the Nerva pattern, as shown in the pictures. The bottom piece is in mint condition, however, there is some slight damage to the handle on the top piece, where the scroll on one side of the handle is missing. The price has been reduced accordingly for this very elusive etched set due to the handle damage. It still displays beautifully and is a gorgeous set.
