When most people think of the Canterbury glass pattern, they think of it being produced by the Duncan Miller Glass Co. However, Duncan Miller was sold to the Tiffin Glass Co. in later years and many of the Duncan molds and colors were subsequently produced by Tiffin. This Canterbury covered candy box was produced after the molds were sold by Tiffin as evidence by the gold Tiffin sticker still affixed to the lid! The gorgeous color of the set is called Citron, and was produced by Tiffin only in 1949. This covered candy box set measures 7.5 inches wide and 4 inches tall, and is in mint condition with no chips, flakes, or scratches. If you are a collector of candy boxes, please see our wide selection of addition items in our store, along with many rare and unusual etched glass items! The shipping price quoted is worst case scenario figured from Florida to Washington, actual shipping will be less for closer distances, and no handling charges are added.
