This piece of Heisey's Yeoman showcases a really pretty cutting. It features lovely butterflies at the tapered ends.
Produced from 1929 to 1937, the #1184 Yeoman line is simple yet elegant, as shown in this open preserve or sauce dish. Measuring approximately 6 7/8" in length, it is in beautiful condition. Not only is it clearly hallmarked with the Heisey "Diamond H" it also states "Pat 4/24/17".
It has been suggested that the cuttings may have been done by Lewis & Neblett since they did do a butterfly cutting on other Heisey blanks.
