This beautiful and interesting footed bowl from the 60's was produced by Walther~Glas of Siebenstern, Germany and belongs to the "Komet" line. The rim of the piece has a recessed panel and rib design, with the panels being accented by an attractive yellow stain. The interior of the bowl, with its floral and pinwheel shapes, is also selectively highlighted with the stain, primarily to be seen in the star centers of the pinwheels. A nice, heavy piece, the bowl measures 9 1/2" in diameter at the rim and 4 1/4" in height. It is in EXCELLENT condition...the glass in bright and clear and free of any imperfections.
