This popular creation by Leslie Harradine was produced by Royal Doulton for almost 70 years. Colorful and whimsical, the "Old Balloon Seller", numbered HN1315, is approximately 7 1/2" in height. She is in excellent condition and a nice accompaniment to "The Balloon Man" figurine also listed at this time.
