Unconditional Guarantee: We want you to be delighted with your experience with us. We are quick to respond to inquiries and orders (Internet or phone), and we let you know when and how your package has been shipped.

If you want to return your item for ANY reason, please email me and let me know you are returning your purchase. I will happily refund your purchase price, but you are responsible for the shipping both ways, unless I have materially misrepresented an item. (I try to be as honest and fair as possible, but occasionally (not often!) I miss a hard-to-find rough spot or there are a few normal scratches that do not get mentioned). To prevent any possible problems and unnecessary costs, I reinspect every piece before I send it out. I do try to make sure I disclose all manufacturing flaws, but in Depression Glass, the flaw is often the norm. In Elegant Glass, significant manufacturing flaws are unlikely, but small air bubbles, etc. are expected. When an item is reshipped to me, it must be safely packed and fully insured.

How To Order: Email me, call me, or use the secure Order/Inquire function. If the Order/Inquire button does not appear on the item you want to purchase, I can create an invoice for you so that your payment information can be entered in a secure environment OR simply go to my search box, write in the name of your item, and you should be pointed to the order/inquire capability for that particular item. For Paypal purchases (which includes paying with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account), I will send you an invoice with the total including shipping after I have packed your order.

Shipping: I pack all items extremely well and rarely have breakage, but insurance is included on items over $20 unless you specifically state that you don't want insurance and accept the risk of loss or breakage. If you want your purchase under $20 insured, please specify in the comments box of the order form. We generally ship the lowest cost of UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless you email me with a preference; heavier, more expensive items or large (volume) orders being sent a distance from CT are generally best shipped UPS. If you select an overnight option, please email me with the specifics of when you need the item so I can work with you on the best method. I've found that UPS Next Day Air or Second Air is often less expensive than USPS Next Day which is really called USPS Express and is NOT guaranteed for the next day, but the second day. A separate email also tells me that you did not indicate a more expensive shipping option by mistake!
