This crystal clear Heisey Orchid etched 14" Cabaret or Torte Plate (Turned Up Edge, Small Center) on the Waverly #1519 blank is in very good condition, no chips or cracks. There's a single scratch that mimics the circular center and goes about 1/4 of the way around the inside circle; not deep, it looks like a compote that was on the plate might have scratched it. This crystal clear Heisey Orchid etched 6.5” wide short stem (3” high) cheese comport (compote) is part of the Waverly (#1519) cheese and cracker set and is in excellent condition (no chips, cracks, noticeable scratches, crystal is clear not yellow at all). It is signed with the Heisey H in a diamond and can be used alone or matched with either the 11” or 14” Waverly cracker plate. AH Heisey & Company made crystal items with the Orchid (#507) etch from 1940-1957.

This Heisey Orchid (etch #507) cheese & cracker set is made on the Queen Ann (#1509) blank. Cheese compote is 2.4" high and 5.4" wide; the cracker plate or tray is 12" with indent for the footed cheese compote or comport. Excellent condition, very minor (imperceptible) wear if any; book value is $135. Crystal clear, any yellow in photo is reflection only.
