These crystal Imperial CAPE COD bread and butter or salad plates are all in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, or usage. The listed size for the bread and butter #1D is 6.5" but these are closer to 6 3/4" and can easily function as a salad plate (an old Cape Cod catalog does list a #1604 1/2 salad plate of 6 3/4" so I suspect this is what they are, though the newer glass catalogs don't list these)...

This Imperial CAPE COD 12.5" #160010B Flared Bowl with 1.5" Smooth Rim is shown in the old catalogues as a punch bowl; it's 6 3/4" deep and holds about 3/4 of a gallon (slightly less than the other punch bowls, but it's larger than the salad bowl). Excellent condition; no chips, cracks, scratches, etc. Current price guides don't mention its function, would be great for use as punch, serving, or salad bowl. Priced below book value $90. Base fits on the ring of the punch bowl plate/cabaret plate...

These Fostoria FAIRFAX (#2375) regular sized footed cup and saucer sets in azure blue are all in excellent condition; no chips or cracks. One cup has a slight manufacturing flaw on the rim; if you look at it under the jewler's loupe, you can see a tiny bit of coal (not seen with the eye) and 2 very short lines. Fostoria Glass made the Fairfax pattern from 1933-1960, mostly in crystal, amber, azure blue, rose pink, green, orchid, and topaz yellow...
