These crystal Imperial CAPE COD bread and butter or salad plates are all in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, or usage. The listed size for the bread and butter #1D is 6.5" but these are closer to 6 3/4" and can easily function as a salad plate (an old Cape Cod catalog does list a #1604 1/2 salad plate of 6 3/4" so I suspect this is what they are, though the newer glass catalogs don't list these)...

This Imperial CAPE COD 12.5" #160010B Flared Bowl with 1.5" Smooth Rim is shown in the old catalogues as a punch bowl; it's 6 3/4" deep and holds about 3/4 of a gallon (slightly less than the other punch bowls, but it's larger than the salad bowl). This Heisey Orchid etched crystal 7" Deep Flared Jelly Comport or Compote Bowl on the #1519 Waverly blank is signed with the H in a diamond, and has a hard-to-find chip on the foot (see second picture), so is priced at less than 1/2 its price guide value. Definitely worth it! AH Heisey & Company made crystal items with the Orchid (#507) etch from 1940-1957....

These Fostoria FAIRFAX (#2375) regular sized footed cup and saucer sets in azure blue are all in excellent condition; no chips or cracks. These Fostoria Fairfax (#2365) 8.6" luncheon plates are large enough to be used as dinner plates today.
