Irish Hand Cut Lead Crystal 7.5" Cruet, Ground Stopper

This elegant and shiny 7.5" oil or vinegar cruet is in excellent condition; label (intact on the back) says "hand cut RTL lead crystal". Has ground stopper, also in excellent condition, no flaws. Manufacturer/age unknown, was sold to me as Irish crystal but I'm not familiar with RTL.
