Duncan Miller 13" Etched Serving, Torte, or Cake Plate

This Duncan & Miller 13" crystal clear serving plate (on the Canterbury blank) has tab handles and a ground, raised seat. I have been unable to identify the name of the floral and leaf etching. Plate is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks and minimal wear; looks unused, just the normal shelf wear. Made c 1920s/1930s.
