Cambridge ROSE POINT 6.5" #3900 Bread Butter Plate

This Cambridge ROSE POINT crystal etched #3900/20 6.5" Bread and Butter Plate is in very good condition, no chips or cracks, but there are a few use marks (not heavy usage) and I only have 1 so it's priced at 50% of the $18 book value.
