Blue on White Plate with Gold Trim, WESTERN STAR LODGE No. 21 H.& A.M. Youngstown, Ohio, 100th Anniversary Commemorative 9-1/2" Plate. Marked Thomas Maddock's Son's Co., Trenton, N.J. in blue script and also in green circle BASSETT LIMOGES AUSTRIA. Excellent condition, no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing, no wear to the gold trim, very slight wear to a couple of spots on the blue lettering.
