This is a 1950's Parker Fountain pen. The barrel is dark aqua and the cap is chrome. The blatter looks to be in excellent condition.The inside clip is marked made in the USA Parker 21. The pen measures about 4.75" without the cap and 5.125" with the cap. I have not put ink in it ,but the tip and blatter apperar to be in excellent condition. It has not been tested.

These metal tatting shuttles were patent in the 1920's .The piece indicates patent pending in April 17,1923.The piece also is engraved with "Just Rite", Boye Improved, The Boye Needle Company, Chicago, and more thread less knots.
