Tiffin Glass Amber And Crystal Applied Footed Bowl

It is listed differently in different Tiffin books so I don't know if this is a brandy tumbler rose bowl or flower holder,but it is modernistic and beautifully made by Tiffin around 1950. It is in excellent condition and 5" high and 4" wide .I just have one.The piece is being offered for $35.00 plus postage and insurance.
