| These plates have a great windmill design in the center. They are in excellent condition, but the edges have a rim which is rough. It is a raised manufacturers method and not chipped. I have eight. They are being sold for $12.00 each plus postage and insurance. They are vaseline green glass and light up.They measure 8". | ||
