Although this rug was produced in 1906 it has the Egyptian look of the accessories popular in the early 1920's that followed the discovery and opening of King Tut's tomb. The rug is green with red and gold highlights and still bears the stamp of the tobacco distributor. These rugs were very popular for dollhouses in the early 20th Century. The rug has the typical loose stitches at the edges. 3" X 5" including fringe. C: 1906
